Minuscule Valley of the Lost Ants: Movie Review

By: Lakwatsera Lovers

The film has a very interesting premise seen on the trailer where the story revolves around a ladybug. Our main hero takes on an incredible journey where our bug encountered other insects and get mixed up between the battle of an army of red ants and black friendly ants.

Minuscule is a brilliant one of a kind animated feature that is pretty impressive. The visuals are gorgeous and outstanding that separates itself from the usual look of animation nowadays. It is also bolstered with all natural sound effects as the whole film is a dialogue-free masterpiece. The film started neatly capitalizing with its delightful animation. However, as the story progresses, it struggled a bit in providing crisp in the story. It looked tiresome on the middle act, but it tries hard to keep the momentum from flowing. When it reached the battle between the black and red ants, we were just simply amazed with its outcome.

Overall, Minuscule brings its viewers to experience a virtual world of insects filled with color and lively animation. It may have struggle at some points but kept its ground and stood still to finish as a full feature.

Lakwatsera Lovers rates it 7 out of 10 stars
